Once the free wait time has over, waiting time charges become applicable. The waiting time fee will depend on the vehicle booked. VIP car class wait time charges are $90 per hour. SUV wait time charges are $120 per hour.
Parking fees are applicable and charged at an hourly rate of $18. Your drivers will escorted to your vehicle once you meet your driver me. Your driver will load your Baggage, and you will be on your way to your destination.
Passengers arriving on domestic flights have 30 minutes of free wait time. The driver meets the passenger with a name sign by the baggage claim. Passengers arriving on international flights have 45 minutes of free wait time.

Do you Need to Change or Cancel Airport Car Service Reservation?
We do understand that plans can changed or miss your flight. If you need to reschedule your SeaTac airport transfer service, just give us a call us at (206) 407-3534.
Need to cancel your Seattle airport car service? We ask you call at least four hours before your pickup time, date and we’ll immediately work on your request. We charge the full amount and additional 25% fee for no show.
Passengers wanting to cancel must do so 72 hours before the scheduled pickup to avoid any fees.

Is you traveling with children? We’re glad to have your little ones along for the ride. Please note the following considerations, so you’re prepared for a safe trip:-
Washington State law requires that they’ll need a booster seat when using our airport car service. If your child is under eight years old or less than 4’9″ tall.
Our liability policy, we can not completely install nor to secure your child into their booster chair .
If you don’t want to bring your booster on your trip, we are more than happy to provide you one for an additional charge of $30.
